Phil Heler
Principal Osteopath
Phil is the Principal Osteopath at the Clinic and is very experienced having been qualified for over 20 years. His specialism is complex lower back pain issues as well the most common forms of presentations throughout the body.
If you have undiagnosed chronic longer back pain or sciatic pains and are having no success with your existing treatment or are on long term pain medication as a result, Phil will be able to help. He works closely with Alliance Healthcare at Stepping Hill hospital and can organise any forms of imaging necessary and is an expert in MRI interpretation. The clinic is also the only clinic in Derbyshire to offer IDD Therapy.
Having practised in Buxton since 2006, Phil established the Buxton Osteopathy Clinic in December 2008 and the Bakewell Osteopathy Clinic in November 2013. Phil’s experience and reputation have been instrumental in the success of both clinics. Since 2008, the clinic has quickly established itself as a popular choice for local people across Derbyshire and the surrounding area.

Agostino’s warmth, enthusiasm and ability to develop a rapport is loved by his patients. Agostino is particularly interested in an holistic approach to his treatment by considering your lifestyle, daily life, occupation and the contribution these make to your presentation.
His other interests include music: he played bass guitar in a band. And as an Italian he loves Ducati motorcycles and of course pasta!
